Innourbia is looking for a Mining engineer with 5-7 years of working experience in any opencast mining operations, along with First Class Competency Certificate. You will be responsible for development, validation and implementation of mine plans for site operations, including designs and schedules, and integrate this work with other planning and operational areas. Monitoring and being hands on with regulatory and statutory compliances to run an opencast mining operation in the eastern part of India. Preparation of Project Financial Model, covering CAPEX, OPEX, NPV, IRR and Cash Flow analysis for mining projects. You will be required to actively engage with the key stakeholders to communicate on any lapses in production, deviation on planned vs actuals and ensuring that the production processes are optimized for optimal operational efficiency.

Job Description:
Innourbia is looking for a GEOLOGIST for a senior role, with minimum 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience on mineral exploration and resource estimation . We are seeking a Geologist at a senior position with the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Planning and Execution of geological field works and survey for all kind of commodities
Carrying out geological mapping, surface sampling, trenching, pitting and planning for exploratory drilling
Geological interpretation and maintain geological database
Geochemical sampling, analysis and data analysis
Preparation of geological and topographical map
Should be ready to travel for project purpose within anywhere in India and abroad too
Resource Estimation using any industry standard 3D Ore Body Modelling software such as (LEAPFROG; SURPAC; DATAMINE; K-MINE; TARGET; VULCAN etc.)
Candidate should possess hands-on knowledge and experience of using GIS platforms like
Arc GIS & Q-GIS etc. and should also have clear understanding of digitization & georeferencing of maps and preparation of full-scale Geological Map with all attributes shown on the Map.
Prior experience of writing on his / her own detailed Geological Report (in-particular for Critical Minerals Categories or metallic minerals categories)
Preparation and management of budgets for geological projects
Supervise and Mentor Junior Geologists
Good understanding of MEMC, MMDR, MCR and ISP norms.
Good command on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent English communication skill, Report writing skill, presentation skill.

Remuneration:
OTE (On-Target Earnings):
CTC INR 6 – 7.5 lakhs per annum and other benefits commensurate with industry standards.
Additional variable pay structure linked to performance.
Additional Field Allowance for domestic as well as international projects.

Eligibility Criteria
M.Sc. in Geology from any recognized mining university in India with full time regular courses.
